Our Learning Program

The school is an identified National Partnership School which attracts additional Federal funding to improve literacy and numeracy results, enhance student engagement and promote community partnerships.

In 2014, the school has:

  • 4 Preschool classes,
  • 3 Kindergarten classes,
  • 6 Year 1 /2 classes,
  • 5 Year 3 /4 classes,
  • 4 Year 5/ 6 classes.

Multi-age classes are supported through a commitment to curriculum differentiation, EAL/D programs and Early Intervention. The school has a permanent full time Literacy and Numeracy Field Officer to assist staff to align pedagogy with National Literacy and Numeracy Strategy Initiatives and School Targets.
